Shipping Policy
Order Fulfillment: Summary
Standard Shipping: Flat Rate (*subject to change due to unforeseen supply chain circumstances and shipping delays. Flat Rate cost will be determined by commercial shipping rates and standards met by USPS and similar carriers. Prices will reflect "Real-Time" rates.)
– USA, UK, Canada, Europe*, Asia*, Australia* & New Zealand: 10 to 39 business days.
(US most packages arrive in 5-7 business days.)

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days of date of delivery. Once we receive the returned item Valley Drip Arizona will then give a full refund. Full Refunds will be applied if Valley Drip Arizona has supplied the incorrect item or the item is damaged during transit. Ideally, the customer should send images of the damage immediately after the item is delivered. If the packaging is seriously damaged the customer may refuse to accept the delivery.
Please allow 5-10 days for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
