To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we have established the following booking policy: 1. Booking Methods and Channels Clients can schedule appointments through our online booking system available on our website. We also offer phone reservations (602) 899-1984 for those who prefer direct communication. 2. Appointment Confirmation Upon booking, clients will receive an email confirmation detailing the appointment date, time, and consultant assigned. Please review this information promptly and notify us of any discrepancies. 3. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Any remaining balance is due upon completion of the consultation. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To accommodate such situations, we request that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total consultation fee. 5. No-Show Policy Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full consultation fee. 6. Late Arrival Policy We strive to respect all clients' time. If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened consultation or rescheduling, subject to availability. 7. Confidentiality All information shared during consultations is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law. 8. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to provide accurate information and actively participate in the consultation process. 9.
